Basic – Rental Property Inspection

Ensure your home is in safe hands by getting Wee Jobs to conduct your rental property inspections. Our experienced team will follow a basic checklist which will be sent to you via email shortly after the inspection is completed. This report will provide the outcome of your checklist, comments highlighting any damage and supporting photos.

We also offer a third option that follows the guidelines set by Tenancy New Zealand.

If necessary we could also do small wee jobs while on-site to address any minor nonconformance issues, thus reducing the inconvenience for your tenant and delivering the service at a lower cost than getting someone else back to site.
